Elastomer technology

The most characteristics feature of the AXTONE Group products is used unique elastomer technology. The application of this technology ensures excellent and stable parameters of Group products work and allows their reliable long-term operation even in the most extreme weather conditions.
The elastomer technology used in shock absorbers and absorbing equipment is based on properties of fluid elastomer KAMAXIL^®, which composition has been patented by the Group.
Thanks to its consistency and chemical composition it is environmentally friendly and does not create any hazard of natural environment pollution. The elastomer production is totally waste-free.

 

Depending on operating requirements, there is a possibility to modify elastomer parameters to obtain optimum parameters of equipment work.

 

The Group is also a manufacturer of elastic inserts made of solid elastomers, named EuroPad^®. High-quality thermoplastic polyester elastomers, delivered by leading market manufacturers, are used to produce them.
Rich engineering facilities allow manufacturing elastomer inserts of most diversified dimensions and weights. Depending on operating requirements, there is a possibility to modify parameters of elastomer inserts work or to develop new inserts for special applications.

 

High quality of products equipped with elastomer inserts EuroPad^® has been confirmed by operating tests and permits issued by Polish and foreign certifying bodies.

 

The Group has own production lines both for fluid and solid elastomers, thanks to which the production quality is controlled on a current basis by highly skilled staff and specialised testing equipment.
