Notice of merger

Dear Sir or Madam:

We would hereby like to inform you, that on 29 May 2009 ­AXTONE S.A. (the “Acquired Company”) merged with the company previously known under the name of AZN Poland Sp. z o.o. (the “Acquiring Company”). The merger of the companies was based on Article 492.1. 1 of the Code of Commercial Companies, i.e. through the takeover of the Acquired Company by the Acquiring Company by way of the transfer of all Acquired Company’s assets to the Acquiring Company.

After the merger, the acquiring company is to be known under the name of AXTONE Sp. z o.o.

In connection with the foregoing, we would like to inform you that on 29 May 2009, in accordance with Article 494.1 of the Code of Commercial Companies, the Acquiring Company takes over all the rights and obligations of the Acquired Company.

Due to the new legal form, the company details have been changed. In relation to the above, please include the following details on all invoices, documentation and correspondence issued after 29 May 2009.
